Ingredients
To make Spicy Egg Maggi, you will need:
- 1 pkt of Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Fry the Egg
Heat 4 tsp oil on a medium heat pan and fry 3 eggs in it. Remove them onto a different plate.
Step 2: Fry the Vegetable
Heat a pan on medium flame, heat 2 teaspoons of mustard oil in it, after the oil is heated, add 1 onion finely chopped, 2 green chillies finely chopped and fry for 5 minutes.
After frying onion and chilli, add 1 finely chopped tomato, frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Fry the spices
Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Step 4: Add Egg Fry
Cook for 1 minute
Add Maggi Tastemaker
Add 2 cups of water
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the water comes to a boil
Now add Maggi in it.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Now add green coriander and mix it
Your Maggi is ready, serve it now
